I run split workouts on Saturday morning. 2007 outdoor training went great. I Won Mt Sac masters 800 in 1:58.33. A week after a 2:31.1 1000m on Saturday. Here are some of the times I ran for the year. 100m/10.9ht 150m/16sc 200m/22.9 300m/35.9 400m/50.9/ht 1200m/3:04/9:23 for two miles. |
